Mission Statement

The Lake Placid Garden Club strives to provide education, resources and networking opportunities for its members to promote the love of gardening, floral design, civic and environmental responsibility. The garden path to fulfilling our mission includes the following goals:

	To stimulate a knowledge and love of gardening
	To protect and preserve native plants and birds
	To educate youth in the preservation of our environment
	To actively promote civic beautification
	To support the objectives of the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Deep South Region and National Garden Clubs
